WOW! Not only is this coffee top notch, the customer service is just fantastic. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing (ground coffee instead of whole bean) and within 24 hours, Riana (a customer service rep.) had contacted me to inform me she had already sent a replacement of my order in whole bean instead. They go above and beyond! AND the coffee is phenomenal. Some flavored coffees are too sweet or too artificial tasting, but I love the hint of flavor and aroma that don’t take away from the coffee taste you’re looking for. I don’t usually like flavored coffees, but the design was so cool I had to try it, and Bones! You’ve gained a customer for life. I have tasted the Holy Cannoli and Cookies and Dreams and both are so so good. Highly recommend!

Great experience with Bones Coffee! First off I will start by saying the coffee itself is great! Tastes amazing and very good quality coffee you are getting, with no bitterness! I also would like to take a moment to show appreciation toward the customer service. There was a mixup with my order, so I emailed them and they responded right away and not only fixed my order but my new coffee was on my doorstep within two days. Very friendly and very professional, and honestly refreshing how easily they accommodated me compared to most other companies nowadays lol. Awesome service, awesome coffee would recommend 100%!

I would like to take the time and thank Bones coffee for going above and beyond with a special way to appreciate a disabled veteran like me. I have an ongoing subscription where I buy 8 bags of coffee for many months. Along with my coffee they also include a sticker with each order. Upon the arrival of my last package there was no sticker so I reached out to their customer service and advised I was sad to see there was no sticker in the box. They quickly responded and explained they were out of stock at that time and asked for my address when there supply was replenished they would send me one. Less than a week later I received four stickers, which made me very happy! After being a 100% Disabled Veteran, the simple things in life mean the most to me. Thank you Bones Coffee for everything you do for me and my family!

Went on Tuesday April 14th 2026 had a tour it was just me! lol so informative, interesting gained awesome insights and knowledge on roasting coffee! I first heard about Bones Coffee from my Cousin she bought my dad a Xmas sample pack and I was immediately jealous because the flavors looked awesome and packaging was fire. Went home that night on Xmas day night. And I ordered a sample pack for myself and I was immediately impressed, hooked. I’m from WI so I drink a lot of local coffee brands which I still do like Berres Brothers, or Door County Coffee. And now Bones, I rotate between the 3 coffee companies because they’re all great!!! But if I had to choose my favorite Bones only because there’s more options the creativity is unmatched and there vibe is fire!!! The tour guide so cool made it personable because it was just myself. The young lady at the counter to check me in and check me out for my purchases was soooo nice super cool gal. The coffee and gear selection was great it was all there! I wish I would have bought more coffee but I’ll order it or stop at a Publix before I leave. I would highly recommend taking the tour you learn a lot about flavors, the beans the roasting! Ser
